• By booking a stay at our farmhouse, you are entering into a rental agreement with Sky View.

• The rental period, check-in and check-out times, and applicable rates will be confirmed at the time of booking.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment for your stay must be made in full before check-in.

• Payment methods accepted include online payments.

• Cancellations made prior one week will receive a full refund. Cancellations after this period may result in partial or no refund.

3. House Rules

• Guests are required to follow all house rules during their stay. This includes but is not limited to:

  • No footwear inside the main building of the farmhouse.

  • Pets are  [allowed under specific conditions].

  • Respectful noise levels must be maintained, especially after 10 PM.

  • Use of the swimming pool and rain dance area is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

• Any damages to the property during your stay must be reported immediately. You may be held financially responsible for repairs.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs may be possible with prior approval and may incur additional fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Sky View Farmhouse is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.

• Use of all facilities, including the swimming pool, rain dance area, and farmhouse grounds, is at your own risk.
